Constructive Engagement helps further enhance communication, trust and understanding between Directors and Investors, and encourage best practice in the way Boards are run, the way Investors and Directors engage with Boards and companies, and the way Investors organize themselves to engage constructively with the businesses in which they invest.
These processes are at the heart of modern capitalism, but are poorly understood.  The book and the colloquia both aim to improve this.  
The colloquia are not limited by the book, but all attendees will receive a copy as it will provide useful background material.
